Would this �journal� be any less predictable if I wrote that instead of my usual stuff? Just askin��. Got up this morning to a 10� reading on the thermometer. It�s almost mid-March here. The normal high in Mohall should be 48�, with a low of 33� (according to the local weather-reader). It hasn�t been above FREEZING for the past two days. I usually have a few lettuce, spinach, and radish seeds placed into the soil at this point in the year. They might take their time germinating, but at least it�s a start on the garden season. If I wanted to plant them right now, I would have to take a bucket of hot water out there to melt the crust of ice covering the garden soil. No, I won�t be doing that. I�m just making a point� Found out some good news about Lease�s eyeglass purchase of last week: Her employer added eye care benefits to her �basic� insurance package last year. That is the only insurance she carries at work, since I have good coverage at the NDDOT ( and they charge so much for health insurance at her workplace). They even use the same service to reimburse the employee as my employer. Since she purchased both sunglasses and regular glasses, they will pay for both pairs (minus deductibles). When all the dust settles, we will be out only $23 for the whole package. Nice to get some good financial news, every once in a while�. Nothing much else going on here in Mohall. I won�t take up any more of your time��.
