Another Illini win

The Illini were favored (by the sports books) by 21 points for tonights game with Northwestern.

Michael Wilbon (from ESPNs "PTI" show, broadcast everyday at 4:30 central time. Check your local listings for time and channel in your area!) predicted yesterday that Northwestern would upset the Illini tonight.

He, like every other forecaster this season, was just a little wrong when he forecasted the demise of the team from Illinois.

Final score?

Illinois 84, Northwestern 48.

And it wasnt even that close.

28-0 now. Also guaranteed a share of their 4th Big Ten basketball title in 5 years. All they have to do is win one of their last two games to assure a second straight outright title.

Never would have guessed this season would be so special.

But it sure has been fun to watch

This beats the Hell out of the art that Christo and Jeanne-Claude convinced the folks of New York city to view last week.

Just my opinion

One last shot from Monday:

Nothing beautiful about that view, is there?

I just wanted to show you what the largest private employer here in Mohall does to our environment every day.

Considering the fact that this shot doesnt even show a tiny amount of the pollution that they get away with belching into the sky, you might understand why I dont consider my hometown paradise
