Lease's $%*#th birthday is today... She doesn�t like for people to make a big deal out of this day. That�s why we used to take our family vacation around this date every year. So, if I send her a present (such as flowers to the Cableco), I don�t address the card �Happy Birthday!� It�s �Happy August 10th!� instead. Anyway� Without any prodding, Codeman had flowers delivered to her workplace. As did I, �natch. Funny thing, though- without knowing what each other had planned, we both ended up having mixed color roses delivered, even though I used a local florist and Codeman uses Pro Flowers.com. Must have taught him right, eh?
