Tonight's meal (mine, anyway- Lease had leftover chili from Monday night, which is always better than the day it is made): Teriyaki pork , with fresh snow peas (from Aldi's) , yellow pepper, onions, and mushrooms. I threw this meal together in about 15 minutes (the bottled sauce was from the Korean market in Collegetown, but I altered it to make a more complete sauce). It took me a long time, but I have finally figured out how to make a wok full of food so that I end up with both a meal and a lunch down the road.Codeman used to eat half of whatever I cooked this way, but he hardly ever eats what I cook anymore. Oh well- beats eating crappy lunch meat sandwiches any day....
