Someone tried to break into my Mother-in-laws house last week. They went through all the trouble to break the key mechanism , but didn't bother looking up a few inches to see that the door also had a hardened deadbolt lock. I picked her up a new doorknob and replaced this one with just a few minutes of work. Just goes to prove that reason why most people who become criminals are criminals I guess- it don't take a lot of intelligence to break the law...
