Monday, Mar. 28, 2005 - 6:44 a.m. Ran out of time yesterday, so I didn�t get to post this entry.
Bad joke time: Why did the idiot get fired from the Mars candy factory? Because while working in the quality control department they kept throwing out all the M&M�s with the letter �W� , thinking they were defective. Sorry� Spent most of Easter attending family functions. We had our traditional brunch with my side of the family, and then picked up nephew Tyler on the way home so he could help load the old sofa into Codeman�s truck. They took it back to his house, where it is now helping fill space in his basement. Had just enough time to warm up the two potato dishes we made for Lease�s side of the family�s dinner (sweet potato casserole and mashed potatoes), and headed out. Once there, Codeman and I watched bits and pieces of the final two excellent college basketball games of the Elite Eight. Too bad North Carolina had to win. Michigan States double overtime win was nice, though. The two youngest children at the Rube�s house yesterday took part in an Easter egg hunt. I think Lease filled 60 of the snap-together plastic eggs, filled with candy, and her sisters hid them all over the backyard. Yes, I took plenty of photos. I�ll post them later. All in all, a great early spring weekend. Hope yours went as well�
